Men-Aver beach is a rocky stretch of coast at the mouth of the Helford river on the south coast of Cornwall. Hidden behind Nare Point, this isolated alcove houses a couple of small boats in the summer and a few lobster pots just offshore. A short walk up to Nare Point rewards stunning views out across the mouth of the Helford Rvier and across the The Roseland.
To reach Nare Point and Men-Aver beach requires a long walk along the south west coast path starting from Gillan.
